Terms of Purchase

Your order and price

Product pages and checkout show the product or service, selected options, quantity and price. All prices are in Georgian lari (GEL).

Before payment, checkout shows applicable discounts, delivery charges and the total amount due. Changing the site language does not change prices.

Please check your contact and delivery details before placing an order. For personalised photo zines, check the final preview, page sequence, crops, text and quantity.

If a product is unavailable or a specification cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and offer an agreed alternative or a refund. Any additional work or cost requires your agreement.

Payment

Online payments are processed through Bank of Georgia's hosted payment page. QWERTY does not collect or store your full card number, CVV or bank authentication codes.

Payment is confirmed only after the payment provider confirms the transaction to QWERTY. Returning to the website does not by itself confirm payment.

Available payment methods are shown on the payment page and may depend on your card, device or payment provider. If your account is not in GEL, your bank or card provider may apply its own exchange rate or fees.

If a payment is still processing, check the existing order before making another payment. If money was debited but the order was not confirmed, contact us.

Delivery, collection and completion

Available delivery areas, methods, fees and estimated timeframes are shown before purchase.

Laboratory collection is available where offered. We will notify you when the order is ready. Please wait for confirmation before collecting it.

Processing or production starts once we have received the required payment, film or approved files. Estimated completion times are stated in the relevant service description or order confirmation.

If an agreed delivery or completion date cannot be met, we will contact you about the delay and next steps without limiting your legal rights.

Unless otherwise agreed, goods are delivered within the period required by applicable law.

Mail-in film orders

You arrange and pay for sending film to QWERTY unless your order expressly includes inbound shipping.

Follow our packing instructions and keep proof of postage.

Negatives are returned according to the option selected or agreed in the order. Any return postage charge is shown before purchase.

Cancellation and ordinary goods

Contact dev@qwertyfilmlab.com as soon as possible to cancel or correct an order.

For ordinary goods bought online, QWERTY offers a 14-calendar-day change-of-mind return period, regardless of order value. The period starts when you or your nominated recipient receives the goods.

To withdraw, send an unambiguous notice by email. The withdrawal form at the end of these terms may be used but is not required.

Return the goods without undue delay and no later than 7 calendar days after notifying us, unless we arrange collection. Keep proof of dispatch.

For a change-of-mind return, you pay the direct cost of return postage unless we agree otherwise. We bear return costs where required to remedy a defect or our fulfilment error.

Please handle returned goods with reasonable care. Opening or using a product does not automatically remove your rights.

Film development and scanning

Film development and scanning are services.

If you request that we begin the service before the 14-day withdrawal period ends, we will obtain your separate express request and acknowledgement that the withdrawal right ends once the service has been fully performed.

Accepting these Terms of Purchase alone does not constitute this request.

If you have not requested an early start, we may wait until the withdrawal period has ended before beginning the service.

If you ask us to stop a service that has already begun, we will explain the work completed and the applicable cancellation and payment consequences.

Film development is irreversible. Please identify your film and requested process correctly and tell us about any unusual handling requirements.

A blank or previously exposed roll that has been correctly processed is not, by itself, evidence of a defective service.

These rules do not limit your rights regarding incorrect processing, damage caused by us or other service defects.

Personalised photo zines

A photo zine made from your uploaded photographs, chosen layout and specifications is a personalised product.

The ordinary change-of-mind withdrawal right does not apply to personalised goods.

This does not affect your rights if we supply the wrong product, make a printing or binding error, or deliver a defective item.

Please check the final preview carefully before submitting your order. Once printing has started, changes may no longer be possible.

Refunds

For a valid withdrawal, we refund the payment without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after receiving the withdrawal notice.

For returned goods, we may wait until the goods are returned or you provide evidence of dispatch, whichever comes first, unless we offered to collect them.

The refund includes the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered. An additional amount paid for a more expensive delivery method does not have to be refunded.

Refunds are made using the original payment method unless another method is agreed without additional cost.

The time required for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Defects, mistakes and complaints

If there is a problem with your order, contact dev@qwertyfilmlab.com with a description of the issue. An order number or photographs may help us investigate.

Keep the relevant product or film available if examination is required.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, remedies may include correction, repair, replacement, re-performance, price reduction, cancellation or refund.

Where the law requires QWERTY to bear the relevant costs, we will do so.

The personalised-product and completed-service rules concern change-of-mind withdrawal only. They do not remove legal rights relating to defects, incorrect processing or failure to provide the goods or services as agreed.

These Terms of Purchase do not limit mandatory consumer rights under Georgian law.

You may also contact the Competition and Consumer Protection Agency of Georgia or the courts. Contacting us first does not limit the exercise of your legal rights.
